Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This allows us time to carefully prepare and fulfill your order before shipment.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping ($3.99): Delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Expedited Shipping – USPS Priority ($10.99): Delivered within 2–3 business days after shipment

Please note that expedited shipping applies to delivery time only and does not shorten processing time.

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. While we are not responsible for shipping delays, we’re always happy to help you track down your package if needed.

Local Customers
If you’re local to the East Contra Costa County area, feel free to reach out—we may be able to arrange a convenient local delivery or pickup option.
