Returns & Store Credit Policy

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns

  • Returns must be approved before being sent back.
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. 
  • All approved returns will be issued as store credit only
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • In original condition with tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift Cards
  • Jewelry and accessories
  • Sale items
  • Special orders / pre-order items

Return Process
To request a return:

  1. Email us at returns@shopjessicab.com with your order number
  2. We will provide return instructions
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

In-Person Returns
Returns may be brought to an upcoming pop-up event within the 7-day return window. If you’re local and can’t make a pop-up, just reach out—I’m happy to arrange a convenient drop-off with you.

Store Credit

  • Issued once your return is received and inspected
  • Delivered via email
  • Never expires
